EHN Administration Offices
EHN Administrative Officers are located in downtown El Paso and includes the Human Recourses Office, IT Department, Accounting Department, Office of the Chief Executive Officer and other departmental chiefs, along with medical records and compliance division.
Addiction Recovery Treatment
EHN offers several different programs to help individuals dealing with substance misuse to include Medicated Assistance Treatment which is the use of medications combined with counseling and behavioral strategies to work towards long term recovery.
Crisis and Emergency Services
EHN provides a variety of Crisis and Emergency Services which are available 24/7 for individuals who are experiencing suicidal thoughts or other mental health challenges. Clients can receive immediate, in-person assistance from a trained mental health professional by visiting the location at 1601 East Yandell or by calling the 24-hour hotline<br> at 915-779-1800 or 988.
Central Outpatient Clinic
The Central Outpatient Clinic is one of several adult mental health clinics in the EHN network of service locations. This clinic has a pharmacy located across the street at our 1600 Montana location for added convenience for the clinic consumers. For information or to schedule an appointment call 915-242-0555.
Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinic
Through our Child and Adolescent Clinic EHN provides behavioral health services for children and adolescents starting at age 3 who experience a variety of emotional disturbances. For information or to make an appointment call 915-242-0555
EHN offers a wide array of services through its child and adolescent clinic to assist youth with behavioral health challenges. This includes counseling, Autism therapy, playroom therapy, and coordinated specialty care which is beneficial for those experiencing first episode psychosis. Through its Multi-Systemic Therapy program justice involved youth learn skills needed to stay in school and avoid re-arrests.
Through the Children Adolescent Mental Health Program (ChAMHPs) EHN provides mental health services for children and adolescents who suffer from a variety of emotional disturbances which cause emotional and/or social disability. This includes individual and family counseling, substance use disorder recovery treatment, medication management, case management and skills training/development.
In addition, EHN provides assistance through our Youth Empowerment Services (YES) program which is a Medicaid home and community-based service waiver that assists children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbances with the goal of keeping them in the community, living with their families. EHN offers addiction screening services as well, free of charge to any Texas resident 13-years and older through its Screening, Assessment and Referral (OSAR) program.
Counseling
EHN offers a wide array of counseling services for individuals, families, groups and couples and children. Counseling is offering at our 1551 Montana Ave. location and at several of the EHN outpatient clinics.
East Valley Outpatient Clinic
The East Valley Outpatient Clinic is one of several mental health clinics for adults in the EHN network of service locations. This clinic also has a pharmacy on site for added convenience for the clinic consumers.
(IDD) Residential Home – Casa Norton
EHN offers assisted living at one of its two “Casa” locations for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Here consumers can live independently and receive services that include therapeutic consultations, psychiatric services, nursing services, transportation, and active independent living skills training.
IDD DayHab Learning Center
The EHN IDD DayHab Learning Center provides services to its IDD clients at one centralized location where both recreational and pre-vocational activities are available to teach individuals the skills needed to achieve independence and be more active within the community.
Intellectual/Developmental Disability (IDD) Clinic
EHN offers services to clients with different levels of intellectual/developmental disabilities including dual diagnosis. Our goal is to help foster the consumer’s development and skills and help them live as independently as possible.
Restorative Justice Center/Jail Diversion Program
EHN offers a variety of services for individuals involved in the legal system starting from when they are booked into a detention facility in El Paso County, to when they are placed on probation or parole. EHN works to stabilize the individual’s mental health with services while incarcerated and when they are back in the community, with the goal of preventing further criminal activity and assisting the individuals with managing their mental health diagnosis.

Substance Use Disorder Programs – OSAR
EHN offers a wide range of services for individuals needing support for long term recovery for a substance use disorder. Through the EHN Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treamtent program clients (adults and youth) receive treatment based on their individual needs. Through the Outreach, Screening, Assessment and Referral (OSAR) program any Texas resident 13-years and older can receive free screenings and community referrals for assistance with their substance use concern.
Unhoused Program
EHN offers supported housing through a variety of programs for individuals who are displaced and unhoused and have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder.

Veterans One Stop Center

The El Paso Veterans One Stop Center was created to help active-duty, veterans and their families accelerate their access to support services at a centralized location. Clinical services provided by a licensed mental health professional include:
- Counseling
- Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) services
- MVPN Peer support
- Marriage, couples and family therapy,
- Anger management
- Linkages to community veterans’ services, support, trainings and enhancement programs
Programs also include stigma reduction trainings for veterans, service members, families and individuals who work with the military.
Westside Integrated Primary Care Clinic
The Westside Clinic is an Integrated Primary Care clinic. Its staff includes a team of primary care and behavioral health providers who work together to establish the coordination of mental health, substance misuse, and primary care services under one roof.
